Research Manager
Joanna’s key role is in the development and day-to-day running of the company's societal research programmes. Her main priorities are to liaise with partners and ensure their objectives and requirements are met. Joanna is also responsible for coming up with innovative ideas and discussion papers to stimulate debate around core research topics.

Farzan is BusinessLab's Digital Media Consultant and is also a key member of the ActiveAge research team, exploring innovative ways of providing partners with access to research and data findings.
