Programme Manager
Ian manages the Signature Academy, BusinessLab’s community of practice that supports the suite of capacity measuring tools and processes.
Financial Director
Ron Simpson works as a consultant to BusinessLab and is also a shareholder in the company. He has responsibility for the companies financial and commercial activities.
Research Manager
Joanna’s key role is in the development and day-to-day running of the company's societal research programmes. Her main priorities are to liaise with partners and ensure their objectives and requirements are met. Joanna is also responsible for coming up with innovative ideas and discussion papers to stimulate debate around core research topics.
Digital Media Coordinator
Farzan is BusinessLab's Digital Media Coordinator and is also a key member of the ActiveAge team, exploring innovative ways of providing partners with access to research and data findings.
Business Development Manager
Holly is responsible for all of the business development activity at BusinessLab from developing initial proposals to managing the delivery of major projects.
Research Assistant
Naomi joined the BusinessLab team in 2008 upon graduating from the National Centre for Excellence in Traditional Music. Her main work at BusinessLab focuses primarily on the community based research which is key to the development and enhancement of the current and future BusinessLab tools.
