Heather is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. Her experience in information and project management was forged working with world-leading brands such as Coca-Cola and General Mills. Her recent experience in the dissemination of research includes working in corporate and academic environments in the UK and abroad. Heather is currently studying the potential of open source technology to narrow the digital divide among older people, for her e-business Masters dissertation.
